About this notice
Zamvo is a Crenavo Lab product in early testing. This notice covers the Zamvo website, account access and the connected mobile test application.
Information you provide
When you create an account, Zamvo receives your email address, selected role and profile information. Choir content can include room membership, rehearsal plans, permitted recordings, sheet music and messages that you choose to add.
Testing and activity signals
Zamvo records limited product events such as registration, successful or failed sign-in, app opening, role selection, room creation or joining, and the number of recordings, scores and messages added. These signals help us assess the test and resolve problems. Activity records do not contain passwords, message text, recording contents or sheet-music contents.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Account and choir information is processed by the services used to operate Zamvo and is retained only while needed for testing, security, support, legal obligations or the service requested by the user.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete information you sent, subject to any legal reason requiring us to keep it.
